1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an innrwrld account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use innrwrld.
These terms apply to innrwrld.com, our installable web app (PWA), browser extensions, and any related services we operate.
2. Who can use innrwrld
You must be at least 13 years old to use innrwrld.
If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- The content you save, create, or share

4. Your content
You own the content you save on innrwrld — links, wrlds, notes, images, and anything else you add.
By saving or sharing content on innrwrld, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store it
- Display it to you
- Display it to others if you choose to make it public
- Process it to operate the service (e.g., generate previews, organize wrlds)
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your private wrlds to train AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you save does not violate any laws or infringe on anyone's rights.
5. Privacy and data
Your privacy matters.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what we never do. By using innrwrld, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Favorite Things and earning
If you use Favorite Things:
- You may earn commissions from affiliate links
- Earnings depend on merchant programs, conversions, and network rules
- We do not guarantee income, rates, or availability
- You are responsible for any taxes or reporting required in your region
VIP Curators and Founding Curators earn from their own affiliate tags. Free Curators earn from platform tags only if explicitly stated.
You agree to recommend products you genuinely believe in. Misleading or deceptive recommendations are not allowed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Post hate speech, illegal content, or harmful material
- Spam, mass-follow, or manipulate visibility
- Attempt to access private wrlds without permission
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
- Use innrwrld for commercial advertising unrelated to your own wrlds
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
8. Restricted content
To keep innrwrld safe and intentional, you may not save, upload, share, or link to:
- Explicit sexual content or pornography
- Sexually suggestive material involving minors
- Graphic violence or gore
- Hate speech, extremist content, or violent ideology
- Illegal content of any kind
- Malware, scams, or harmful code
- Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others
We may automatically scan saved content for restricted material. These checks are automated and do not involve humans reviewing your private wrlds.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
9. Wrld privacy settings
Every wrld starts private. You choose who sees it.
Closed Doors (Private)
Only you. This wrld is fully closed. Nothing inside is visible to anyone else.
Invitation Only — Requests Allowed
Invite-only, with requests. People can request access. You approve who enters.
Invitation Only — No Requests
Invite-only, no requests. Only people you explicitly invite can view this wrld.
Open House (Public)
Open to everyone. Your wrld is visible in the Town Square and discoverable by anyone.
Changing a wrld's privacy setting updates its visibility immediately.
10. Service changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of innrwrld at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of access due to outages
- Data loss caused by factors outside our control
- Third-party service interruptions (e.g., affiliate networks)
We work hard to keep innrwrld stable and reliable.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Abuse the platform
- Pose a risk to the community or service
If your account is terminated, your access to wrlds and content will end.
12. Disclaimers
innrwrld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Earnings from affiliate links
- Accuracy of previews or metadata
- Availability of any specific feature
We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, innrwrld and its team are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Issues caused by third-party services
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
14. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email.
